The rooms are spacious with modern bathrooms, the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food options, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Only one lift, therefore very long waiting times at the lift. The quality of breakfast was mediocre. At the moment big building site directly behind the hotel, therefore high noise pollution. We were not informed about this when booking.

The room here is super clean and cozy. the breakfast they serve is really delicious and satisfying. 🍳

Well priced place

Had a fantastic stay. Comforts of big and immaculate twin room with fabulous views were fabulous.

- Super nice and helpful staff. I got a new room immediately and without hesitation when the air conditioning in mine failed. - The food is a dream.

Very clean, staff friendly. Food very good, only had breakfast but a very good selection of food available. Pool clean with sun beds available, nice bar area and also reading/tv room. Hairdresser on site as well. Management did send up a bottle of sparkling wine for my husbands birthday which was very considerate.

No concierge available. No tea/coffee making faciltiy in the room. Next to karaoke bar, very loud and noisy full of stag and hen partys continuously. Very slow process to get checked in. Car parking is at the rear of the hotel which is on the main road, the hotel is not easy to find at all, you then need to park the car somewhere, find reception which is located at the front of the hotel, check in first then get a car park key to open elec gates. The hotel directions say "next to carmen church you cant miss it !" in fact the church looks like a concrete multi story car park which is not clearly sign posted as a church. On checking out we were not asked for the return of the safe key, nor the room key and nothing was checked on our account to see if anything need to be added, we were told that our room key would open car park gate to allow us to leave, but it did not, fortunately we still had the car park card with us and used it.

I didn't like anything there, the hotel is old and the staff is low quality. It doesn't desirve 4 stars at all.

I had a great stay with a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony, and plenty of storage space in the double room.

I had a really nice stay at Innside By Melia Costablanca - Adults Recommended in Benidorm. the location was fabulous with magnificent views of the sea. the staff were cooperative and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. the bed in the double room was very comfortable. the room had a great size balcony and storage space. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Brilliant property with lovely staff and amazing location right on the beachfront. Big size room with balcony and savoury breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and hot, I'd definitely come back, especially enjoyed the balcony in the double room with wake-up service, and the poolside bar's alcoholic drinks were great.

Thank you guys for a very nice stay on my first night at 10 pm which was closing time. The twin room is bright, I also really enjoyed magnificent views. It's based in the middle of the city. A very nice restaurant for breakfast is available.

The Hotel was central between the old and new town, right on the beach . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had buffet breakfast and there was a good choice. It was very pleasant not to have any children running about.

You could not get a sunbed around the pool as they were all reserved with beach towels. Prices of drinks were a lot more expensive than outside the hotel but there is a nice little bar next door where the drinks are a lot cheaper.

Everything is fairly clean and very good. We stay in a twin room quite often, it is brand-new and bright. They have a pool bar. Overall, our experience at Innside By Melia Costablanca - Adults Recommended in Benidorm was pleasant. the cleanliness was good, especially in our bright and new twin room. the presence of a pool bar added to our enjoyment, making our stay in this top-class hotel very nice. We would definitely book again in the future.
